Reporting false tips on paycheck?

What is the process of reporting a manager who has put tips on my paycheck(im a server) that doesnt exist which would lower my pay check? i heard about labor division, but i dont know much about it?Reporting false tips on paycheck?
You need the manager to explain where the numbers came from.

Then you report to the Corporate office.

Then to the IRSReporting false tips on paycheck?
as a server you must report tips. these are considered part of your income. been awhile since i worked the industry, but it used to be 8% of your total sales. of course the servers all made much more than 8% so much went unreported.

the manager is required by law to report this money.
Is he adding more money to what you normally claim? This isn't legal, but most all restaurant owners do it to avoid having to pay minimum wage. You need to contact the labor board in your area.
