If someones mom makes false police reports and calls 911, about them is it on their background?

say for example the mom is angry that the daughter's boyfriend will not hang out with her, because she has a crush on her daughter's boyfriend. So then she gets angry calls 911 and says yes my daughter is abusing me i need 911 to come here right now, and she has done this about 8 times.....is this on the daughter's back ground search? When the police come they just say respect your mother etc....

If the daughter wants to apply for a job or something , this is in the state of California....and the mom seems to be trying to ruin her daughter's image. If someones mom makes false police reports and calls 911, about them is it on their background?
NO... the only way it will be on the daughters criminal background is if charges are filed on the daughter. If all the police do is tell her to respect mom then she is fine. They may, however file charges on mom and get her for 911 abuseIf someones mom makes false police reports and calls 911, about them is it on their background?
Yes it is and I can speak from experience because to this day I have to answer for an emergency psych evaluation that I had at her request. Just for being there it's on my background, nevermind that I was there for all of three hours including processing.
Arrests and 911 calls do NOT show up on civilian background checks, only convictions. If you apply for government, state, federal or military job then yes they will know.
In NY a woman called 911 because she wanted to meet the cop that was just at her house for a different reason. She was arrested by the cutie she was trying to meet. Ha ha
