What constitutes a false police report?

A person states in their police report they suffered injury that required medical attention, stiches, xrays, etc. However, they have no physical evidence of stiches, nor can they produce documentation to prove they had medical attention. A portion of their police report was false. The person they accused was arrested only upon their verbal accusation. Even though the police did not describe evidence of this person having any bodily injury in their report.

Are they quility of filing a false police report? What constitutes a false police report?
Would have thought that stitches were fairly obvious! All the rest would be logged at hospital, if they were lying about all this then it would seam strange that Police did not pick up on it.

Big difference in evidence required for arrest and charge, was it you who got locked up?What constitutes a false police report?
Yes. But you will have to prove what you said in court. Then file a small claims case against this person for filing a false report.
Hell yeah you dumb hick country piece of junk.
