The Police officer have written a statement about the evidence that proves that I am a criminal. But that evidence I have, I can prove that the statement is wrong. It was a blatant lie.

Having an statement in a police report that you disagree with is something that will have to be considered by the judge and jury (if any) Having an obviously incorrect statement does not justify throwing the whole thing out but would raise doubts. If there was a deliberately incorrect statement I would not want to submit it as evidence in court.

ONE WRONG STATEMENT CAN QUASH A REPORT AND A CASE IN AND OF ITSELF YES.
