It's more occurrent when you answer in a higher traffic category, like Religion %26amp; Spirituality or Polls %26amp; Surveys - there are lots of people that report answers there.
Sometimes, when you are the ';top answerer'; for a category, (ie http://answers.yahoo.com/dir/stars?sid=3鈥?/a> ), you are more frequently targeted as well, but I wouldn't say the percentage has much to do with it.Does having a HIGH Best Answer % cause the user to get more MINER and/or FALSE violation reports?

No. I have been here almost 2 years and have received 3 violations mostly for answering a silly question with a silly answer.
