My employer sent me a made up copy W2 tax report with false figures and insufficient data. what can i do?

The only data that show is My name and address and Company name and address With an inaccurate figure on the right- and thats it. No date, fed tax, SS#/ tax, State tax Etc.. How do i go about pressing charges or sueing them?My employer sent me a made up copy W2 tax report with false figures and insufficient data. what can i do?
I am taking this directly from the IRS' website in the hopes that it will give you the information you need to correctly file your taxes.

You take all your paycheck stubs, copy them and file with a form 4852. The IRS will see what's going on.
