as long as you can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt the reports are false yes you can but if i were you i would consult an attorney
well it can be pressed in civil court after the allegations are proved to be false and it is illegal to make to file a false police report it is called false reporting in most states it is a misdemeanor not if the criminal charges get her you will have an easier time proving your case in civil court
if the cops come to investigate, persuade them to not file charges. if they file charges via the da, then negotiate with the da or go to trial. it is all part of the due process you are entitled to.
