I have an ex involved in law enforcement and when we broke up she went crazy and used false police reports?

to get an order of protection i have never hit or abused anyone,mentally verbally sexually physically ...never have never will. i went to court with witnesses to what happened and was told none of my witnesses would be allowed to testify because they werent mentioned in the report(that she filed threw her job with officers who were co-workers as well as freinds) and was filed in a different town and county,from where the alleged incedent happened. she was given the order which means she has to stay away from me as well so i moved changed my phone # and got a p.o.box.and she found me and started harassing me and my current girlfriend then filed more false charges for violating the order i did no such thing so i tried to get help from everywhere finally the gov's office of the state of il responded and the state police are doing an internal investagation against her and her p.d.but i still have to fite my charges and have a 100,000 dollar bond for a class a misd. and cannot afford itI have an ex involved in law enforcement and when we broke up she went crazy and used false police reports?

Okay that sucks...the best thing you can do is to record and call the police every single time she harrasses you...get it on record...if you don't, you can't prove much...but it looks like you are stuck paying that 100Gs...not great but it could have been worse...yes i know its bad....but you havent had to stay in jail have you??? i hope it gets better for you....
I understand your problem. I appreciate that it may be more expensive, but you should consult a lawyer and have all communication go to his office. Because you're the principle you can be and are a target easily caught up more machinations.. You should pull back and stay out of the line of fire. Good luck.
never get involved with anyone who works for the cops. thats step 1, now she's got her as* covered and you will have to deal with it or move out of state.
