I filed a false claim that someone had stolen some of my property but when it came time to do the oath i got scared and backed out. Can they do anything to me if they knew? Yes, you can. Its called Insurance fraud. I would think youre in the clear if they havent come after you yet but thats just not so. Insurance companies work slow and the statute of limitations is when you are really clear.
