Falsifying documents is a crime
Should the truth come to light they could get into a bit of trouble
aswell as live with the guilt of altering the outcome of somebody elses life because they felt it was the right thing to doWhat happens with a person making a false report?
Filing a FALSE report is a felony. So IF this person is charged of such and found guilty they could end up going to jail.
Pretty much nothing. CPS would rather get bad information than to punuisn the vindictive who use it for revenge. they don't want to establish a ';chilling effect';
