well she can be charged of false informing.
If you pay the bills etc, i wouldnt leave call the cops and explain the situation, one it will scare her that your calling the cops and two they may make her leave.

you can file a police report, for false accusations, and also every time she does something you should report it to the police so that you have a record! and if you can't stay in your house, have a police escort you in so you can get your things, and take her to court, if you're the breadwinner of the family, she eventually see that she needs you and will probably be more open and willing to communication...but no matter what don't neglect your kid, if you don't want to give her money, then go and buy groceries for your kid to eat, buy them clothes, school supplies, all the things that they needs so that you not only have a good relationship with them, but you're also demonstrating that while you haven't given her money, you are supporting your kid in another way
Stop paying the bills and the mortgage. Give her an agreed amount for child support and get the heck out. You don't need that crap.
