They were probably a rush to be the first to report a story, and they were never big on the truth anyway. News Flash people almost every day is just another day in the military especially for certain squadrons/ units. Christmas... just another day, Veterans day.... just another day.

These idiots verify a report by what the competition is reporting than call it an unidentified source. Journalism standards are so high. Not.
They didn't think they wanted to scoop the other networks.





It is all about ratings and that was their first thought.
