Officer enters vehicle under illegal procedure, improperly performs drug test, and then falsifies report to reinforce the county case due to previous permanent injunction and 4.5 million lawsuit won against county in 2007. Police report contradicts itself throughout, including the amount that substance weighed, what substance actually was, etc. Now, the entire dependency case is based on these falsities. Despite our attempts to correct them, agency refuses to validify report, and coinsides with false report. Our daughter is 2 years old, and her life has been all but destroyed because of this, we need help in finding out how to correct this immediately and protect her from further destruction.Who enforces local law enforcement for city of Orange, CA. It is quite obvious you need an attorney; you should not pursue this kind of action on your own. If you got a 4.5 million settlement two years ago you should be able to afford one.
It is unbelievable that the police committed so many blatant errors in this case. This would be a huge news item; you should also contact the local newspapers and TV channels as they would love to be in on such terrible persecution of you. We will continue to watch for the film at 11.
