The security reported to the leasing office that drug have been sold out my house and i know for a fact he's lying . The only reason he reported this was because i would give him the time and day..What should i do if the security gaurd made false reports about me and ny guest?
if you can prove that he's lying he can be arrested for filing a false report, false arrest and you can also bring a civil suit against him or her for damages to your characterWhat should i do if the security gaurd made false reports about me and ny guest?
If you feel the need, contact the leasing office. Otherwise do not worry about it. He is a private security guard.
