Before you can redirect to file charges of a false report you must first take the necessary steps to prove you are not suicidal and then you have to request an investigation into the police report being false with intent to be spiteful or to do harm. Speak with the prosecuting attorney and the police department that issued the report and take every appropriate step or it will be lost and she won't be held accountable for her actions.My Soon to be exwife filed a false report that i was suicidal can she be charged?
