How many US women are being incarcerated due to false reports?

According to the FBI, in 2007, over 1,968,052 women were arrested for non-violent and violent crimes. How many of the almost two million women were arrested, had their reputations ruined due to false reports? http://www.fbi.gov/ucr/cius2007/data/tab…

According to the Department of Justice, the 2001 Office of Victim Support stated that the majority of crimes have a 2% false report rate (including rape and sexual assault): http://www.ojp.gov/ovc/publications/info…

Since MRA's are working so hard to protect men who've been accused of rape, what can others do to protect the 1,000's of women being falsely accused of many crimes (we won't focus on rape, as we believe all victims of false reporting should be treated equally)? How many US women are being incarcerated due to false reports?
Many women are falsely accused of child abuse/endangerment. There was a woman in California who had her children taken away from her. She was a photographer and photographed her infant and toddler nude.

There was an item in the news the other day about a woman who was arrested for breastfeeding drunk (which she should have been). However, the county tried to tack on a ';lewd behavior with a minor'; charge...because she had her child at her breast. Hello!?How many US women are being incarcerated due to false reports?
These type of crimes should not be seperated into male/female. If there is false allegations then have one law to prosecute both genders for this without it turning into ';more men/women do this';.

MRAs are only interested in men. They never mention how their suggestions for male rights would help females also instead of turning the whole thing into a gender war again.

Laws should apply to both genders. More focus should be on why people want to report lies. That's not how to fix a problem or situation in their lives.
';over 1,968,052 women';--that's actually a misinterpretation. Those are arrests, not individual perpetrators. My friend in the Justice Department says it's the same repeat offender--some desperate b*tch gone crazy b/c she can't find a husband, arrested in the morning, charges dropped an hour later (he suspects she's giving the DA hand jobs), and she's back out on the street to do all of it again and again and again. What's the DA gonna do--likes his hand jobs, we all do.
maybe we should then focus moe on cimes against men since we focus so much on the crime of women being raped

it dont make sense does it?
Edith: If an arsonist is charged with a crime, at least there is a burning house as evidence.

Rape is now a crime largely defined by the MINDSET of the woman. To compare it to other crimes is disingenuous and misleading.

but then again, that's what all your ';studies'; are about, aren't they?
Ermm.. Hello!? If we're not just focusing on one thing, and we're being equal.. why are you focusing on women?

What about the millions of men that have been falsely accused of things BESIDES rape, by women? Like domestic violence?
