First, you need to figure out if was a paid ad, or a search engine listing. Search engines screw up a lot. I found a shopping site that was listing one item and a price from a completely different item. Shoppers were upset to say the least but we had nothing to do with it.How do you report false advertising and fraud on the internet?
you question is a bit short on information, where is this located, what make you believe it's fraud? is it violating state or federal laws?
