Yes. They are currently working on and testing one program. This is one of the reasons all the delays in posting questions over the last week. This will do much to stop the Trolls posing the bigoted, racists and other garbage.
There are other programs and procedures in development at this time. It takes time and will not happen overnight.
There is a thread in the Forum where you can report Trolls and their abuses to the YAT.
