What can happen to you if u report false information in a paid survey?

I have been filling out paid surveys for awhile and I don't qualify for most of them because most highly paid ones ask if you have diabetes, hypertension, or cancer. For you to qualify, you need to have some of these illnesses, so what happens if you say you have diabetes when you really don't have in a paid survey? Can they take any legal action or sue against you? What can happen to you if u report false information in a paid survey?
Yes, they can. They can sue you for breach of contract among other things. They can also be awarded both general and special damages.
